Rob is a 1st term Councillor and 3rd generation farmer committed to building a better Township for residents, bringing generations of farming, local business ownership, and a lifetime of calling Langley home to Council.

ABOUT ROB
Rob Rindt is a third-generation farmer, local business owner, and lifelong Langley resident. Born and raised on his family’s property in Glen Valley, Rob has deep roots in the Township and a lifelong connection to the land and the people around him. Today, he lives on the farm with his partner Rebekah and their three children, where he continues to pass on the values he learned growing up.
Rob’s professional experience is shaped by agriculture and entrepreneurship. As General Manager of Western Turf Farms, a family-owned business that has operated in Langley since the 1990s, he helps lead one of British Columbia’s largest turf operations. He also manages Weller’s Blueberry Farm in Fort Langley, another long-time local agricultural business. Rob has firsthand experience with the challenges facing farmers, rural business owners, and a growing Township, having brought these priorities to Council during his first term.
Rob’s connection to Langley has been shaped by generations of farming and the lessons learned from working alongside his family. Growing up on a farm taught him the importance of hard work, adapting to change, and finding practical solutions to challenges. He credits his grandfather with instilling the values of honesty and responsibility that continue to guide him today.
As a farmer, family man, and business owner, Rob understands the importance of protecting rural Langley while ensuring farming remains viable for future generations. He believes responsible growth means making thoughtful decisions that allow agriculture to continue evolving, including embracing new technologies and practices that help farmers operate more efficiently and sustainably.
Rob is focused on bringing a rural voice to Council and helping build a Township that balances the needs of a growing community with the importance of preserving the land and character that make Langley unique.
